Should any product not meet your expectations due to a visual defect, simply return it to your retailer with the original packaging, prior to installation, for a replacement.
Please note that Loxley Rowe is not responsible for installation or removal costs. Modification of any product’s components may void the warranty. This warranty does not cover any claim arising from abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, or improper installation or operation by the purchaser. The warranty is void if the Loxley Rowe product has been altered or repaired by unauthorized parties.
This warranty does not extend to any components installed by dealers, installers, or any party other than Loxley Rowe. Implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited to the duration of this warranty. Loxley Rowe disclaims any liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loxley Rowe warrants all furniture to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase.

Installation
The cabinets all come pre-assembled, so no work or tools are required. Some of our cabinets come with two sets of handles and interchangeable door panels should you ever want a change for a more personalized look. Please refer to the product features and specifications for the particular model you are interested in. An installation manual is also available on every product page of the website for you to download and review.

Care and Maintenance
Any product made specifically for chrome maintenance is recommended. Vinegar can be used to clean all internal parts. Non-abrasive cleaners are recommended, for use with a soft cloth.
